Rise of Maratha Empire

                    King shahaji bhosle was working as a jhangir in adilshahi. He didn't wanted his son chatrapati shivaji maharaj to work asa a labour. Rajmata jijabai (mother of Chatrapati shivaji maharaj) thought chatrapati shivaji many life changing lessons. 
                     Forming upon he fought his first battle at the age of 15. The battle was of vickramgad and defeated mughals. He layed the foundation of swaraj with his army and defeated mughals in every corner. On 6 june 1674 rajyabhishek of shivaji maharaj was held and he became chatrapati. 
                     Rajyabhishek was done with  water of 7 different rivers in India. Chatrapati shivaji maharaj had more than 350 forts in his clan. Yet he never renamed them with his name. This shows his morality towards freedom for poor people.
                      Capital of swaraj was Raigad. It was built by Hiroji Indulkar. It was the best fort in deccan region. Chatrapati shivaji maharaj's Raigad fort won the best fort award in the world at that time. Raigad fort looked after 4.5 lakh peoples needs.
